Sales Team Leader Durban

	LOCATION:	Springfield Park, Durban
	SALARY:	Basic, travel allowance and commission incentives
	JOB SUMMARY:	Regal is currently expanding its sales division and is looking to create the position of Sales Team Leader in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling national key accounts at a regional level, as well as managing and growing a separate portfolio of clients. He or she will also oversee the duties of the Sales Reps and supervise their customer activity. This is a rewarding position for an accomplished sales professional who would like the opportunity to mentor and coach a small sales team
	JOB REQUIREMENTS:	• A minimum of 4 years external sales experience is essential, preferably within the security industry. • Supervisory skills with the ability to motivate others is also essential • Hunter sales personality • Developed product/technical acumen • Proven sales track record, with ability to communicate technical jargon • Self starter with the capacity to multi task and use own initiative • Own transport • Be able to work every 2^nd SAT 8h00 – 12h00

Branch Technical Advisor: Balfourpark

LOCATION:

JOB SUMMARY:

Regal Security is looking to fill the vacancy of Technical Advisor at our Balfourpark branch. The main duties for this position is to provide sound technical advise on all Regal products to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Essential
• 3 Years hands on technical experience with CCTV, alarms and Access Control
• Own Transport essential
• Able to work every second Saturday morning 8h00 – 12h00

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in using a multi meter and other fault finding tools
• Experience in explaining complex technical terminology in easy to understand language
• Assisting customers with their technical / installation queries

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist customers telephonically, over the counter and on site with all technical /
installation queries
• Train branch staff on basic technical functionalities
• Test faulty goods before it is sent to the repairs dept
