The Regal Servicing and Repairs team is adequately equipped to handle the full range of Regal products. The combination of experience and qualified technicians provides the added comfort of reliable efficient customer service. An organized repairs process flow and tracking allows for follow-up and progress on all repairs. Printed circuit board service exchange programme has been implemented. This service will minimize the downtime and disruptions to the end user by having a service that ensure functional product on the same day. A faulty printed circuit board can been changed with a functional board for the fraction of the price of a new unit.
Regal Product Warranty
Regal Distributors has a one year warranty for all products as sold by a Regal Branch, from date of sale. Warranty for goods purchased from Regal that are manufactured and or distributed by local third party suppliers also carries a one year warranty in accordance with the warranty policies of each specific supplier. Products sold, that have been deemed to be damaged due to vandalism, incorrect installation and application, ‘acts of God’ etc will be repaired or replaced at the cost of the customer. All goods that are deemed to be ‘faulty new’ or ‘Defective On Arrival’ must be returned to a Regal Branch within 7 days from the date of purchase for a technical evaluation before they will be serviced, repaired or swapped. Regal will provide sales and technical product support for all products as sold by Regal. It remains the responsibility of the installer/customer to make sure that he/she is adequately trained in the security product use, application and installation and that all products are used and installed according to the installation instructions and specification as provided with the product.
